Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The website airportgreet.ch (the "Site") is operated by SPI Swiss Private International SA, 15 Route de l'Aéroport, 1215 Geneva 15, Switzerland (the "Company", "we", "us"). We are the controller responsible for the personal data processed through the Site. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, on what legal basis, with whom we share it and the rights you have. It applies to the AirportGreet website and to the bookings and services arranged through it.

2. Data we collect

3. Why we use your data & legal bases

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary to deliver your service and run our business:

5. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses cookies. On your first visit a consent banner lets you accept or refuse them by category: Necessary (always active, required for the Site to work), Preferences, Statistics and Marketing. Analytics — including Google Analytics 4 — and any marketing cookies load only if you accept the corresponding category. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the Site. Necessary cookies do not require consent as they are essential to provide the service you request.

6. International transfers

Our clients and our airport partners are located worldwide, including outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Where your data is transferred to a country that does not offer an equivalent level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognised under Swiss law). When you ask us to arrange a service at a given airport, the transfer of the guest details to the local partner is necessary to perform your booking.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above: for the duration of your booking and our relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by law (in particular Swiss accounting and tax rules, generally up to 10 years for invoicing records). Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at vip@airportgreet.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and a PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at adults: the person placing a booking must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children on their own initiative. If you believe a child has provided us data without the consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please review it periodically.

12. Contact
