Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 26 July 2026

1. Operator & scope

The website airportgreet.ch (the "Site") is operated by SPI Swiss Private International SA, 15 Route de l'Aéroport, 1215 Geneva 15, Switzerland (the "Company", "we"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern every booking of airport assistance services placed through the Site or confirmed by our desk. By placing a booking, the client (the "Client") accepts these Terms in full.

2. Services

We arrange premium assistance services primarily at Geneva (GVA) and Zurich (ZRH) airports — and, upon request, at any other airport served through our partner network, subject to written confirmation by our desk — including: VIP Meet & Assist, Meet & Assist (MAAS), Fast Track / Priority Lane (security fast lane, Geneva, departure), Porter service (luggage assistance), Lounge access, Limousine transfers and Transit assistance. Services are performed by the Company and/or by licensed airport service partners under our coordination. The exact scope of each booked service is the one described at the review step of the booking and restated in the confirmation email.

Included service duration. Unless otherwise stated in the booking, each assistance service covers up to 2 hours 30 minutes of presence, starting 30 minutes before the scheduled time of arrival (STA) for arrival and transit services, or 30 minutes before the agreed meeting time for departure services. Any additional time, where operationally possible, is charged at the applicable extra-hour rate communicated at booking or by our desk, under the payment authorization of § 4.

3. Guests, minors & accessibility

4. Booking, passenger count & charge authorization

5. Prices & taxes

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Swiss VAT (8.1%) and the CCFS contribution (4.5%) are added where applicable and are itemised at the review step before payment. The total shown at review — including any last-minute surcharge for bookings close to the mission time — is the binding total.

6. Cancellation & refunds — general schedule

Cancellation requests must be submitted from the Client account ("Request cancellation") or in writing to our desk. The applicable cancellation fee depends on the time remaining between the moment we receive the request and the scheduled mission time:

Request receivedCancellation fee
More than 7 days (168 h) before the mission0% — full refund
Between 7 days and 96 h before the mission25% of the total
Between 96 h and 48 h before the mission50% of the total
Less than 48 h before the mission100% — no refund
No-show / missed mission100% — no refund

No-show. A no-show is deemed a fulfilled service: 100% of the price remains due and no refund is issued. This includes situations where the guest cannot be located at the agreed meeting point within the included service duration despite reasonable contact attempts.

Time-of-request rule. The fee bracket is fixed at the moment your cancellation request reaches us, regardless of when it is subsequently processed. Refunds, where due, are returned to the payment card originally charged.

7. Service-specific conditions

8. Changes & flight disruptions

Date, flight or passenger changes are subject to availability and to any price difference. A change requested within the 100% bracket of § 6 may be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking. In case of airline schedule changes, please inform us as early as possible: we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the assistance at no extra cost, subject to partner availability.

9. Liability

We provide assistance and coordination services. We are not an air carrier and are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, security or immigration decisions, or airport authority instructions. Fast-track and assistance services expedite formalities but do not guarantee boarding. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Events of force majeure release both parties from their obligations for the duration of the event.

Independent third parties. Immigration and customs authorities, airlines, airport operators, transport providers and lounge operators are fully independent entities operating under their own rules. We have no control over, and accept no liability for: border or immigration decisions, refusal of entry or boarding, flight delays, cancellations or rescheduling, missed connections, baggage mishandling (including conveyor delays, loss or misrouting), or the consequences of incomplete or invalid travel documentation. During immigration and customs formalities, guests remain personally responsible for carrying their own documents and belongings; the greeter may guide but cannot intervene in the process. In all such circumstances these Terms continue to apply and the amounts due (including no-show fees, extra-time charges or cancellation fees) remain payable; no refund is owed for issues arising outside our scope of responsibility.

10. Data protection & payment security

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, for the purpose of delivering the booked services (including transmission of passenger names to the appointed airport partner). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. You may request access to or deletion of your data at vip@airportgreet.ch.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are drawn up in English; should they be translated, the English version prevails. These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer forums.
